FRANK CAPRIO GAVE SOME SAD NEWS, AS HE TALKED ABOUT HIS CURRENT HEALTH CONDITION

The iconic judge of the TV history, Frank Caprio revealed that he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He reached to the fame with his TV productions, “Caught in Providence,” and “Brotherhood.”
It was in 2016, when he received an honorary doctorate from the University of Rhode Island.
As he celebrated his 87th birthday this year, and before he became the Judge Frank Caprio, he was a dedicated man of education, and wanted to serve to the community he is living in, as he wanted a career in that regards.

As he had his bachelor’s degree from Providence College, he moved on with his teaching jobs at Hoep High School, as the American history teacher, and the coach of the wrestling team.
In 1965, he had earned his Juris Doctor degree, and started to work as a senior partner in his own firm. And he became the judge of the Providence Municipal Court in 1985.

Throughout his job, he managed to prove himself as a fair, kind and intellectual man. As he was named as a honorable man among his peers, he was also accepted by the viewers of the show.
“One thing I’ve committed myself to is to treat people with respect, compassion and understanding…and I try to place myself in the shoes of the people before me. I don’t wear a badge under my robe — I wear a heart.” He had stated.

Through his actions, and cases, he was named as “The Nicest Judge in the World,” from the millions of people who watched his show.
Recently, with the announcement he made about his health condition. He revealed that he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, through the video he released from his social media account.
As he talked about the love he received throughout his career, he stated that he recently learned about his disease, and explained that he is at capable hands of his mecial team in Rhode Island. And also he is receiving help from the Dana-Fabar Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts.

Caprio stated that he is aware of the tough journey ahead of him, and is ready to fight whatever comes in front of him.
He asked from the people who loves him as, “I would ask each of you in your own way to please pray for me. I am in need of the power of prayer.”
As he was diagnosed with his cancer, he shared another video from his Facebook account. He stated that he took the first video just after he learned about the diagnosis, and in his new video he stated that he needs to be courageous and unafraid of the battle he is in.

As his fans learned about his health situation, one of them stated, “You are a very good person, Judge. Thank you for the unwavering inspiration you give to all of us, around the world. Praying for your health.”
He is receiving support from his big family. He is with his loving wife, Joyce, and their five children, Frank Jr., Marissa, David, Paul, and John.

Caprio’s children gave him seven grandchildren, and he is also great-grandfather of two. He stated, “I try to be with my family as much as possible…Join my belief that family time is smile time!”
He even officiated the ceremony of his granddaughter’s wedding this year, and he stated how proud he was of his granddaughter, Sophia Santilli. Caprio stated, “I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Family is such a big part for both of us that it was really special to have somebody that we knew intimately do the ceremony.”
