4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of bacon
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
1/4 cup honey mustard sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt


Preparation of Honey Mustard Sauce:
