These Butterscotch Marshmallow Squares are a nostalgic treat that’s perfect for any occasion. The combination of creamy butterscotch, crunchy cereal, and chewy marshmallows is irresistible.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Butterscotch chips 1 cup
Peanut butter 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Mini marshmallows 1 bag (10 oz)
Crispy rice cereal 4 cups

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Base: In a large saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly, about 5 minutes. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and crispy rice cereal, ensuring everything is well coated.
  3. Press into Pan: Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan, using a spatula to smooth the top.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
