A model known for having the “world’s biggest cheeks” didn’t always have such a chiselled look.
Anastasiia Pokreshchuk, who has made a name for herself due to her unique cheekbones, is no stranger to going under the needle. She gets jabbed regularly to enhance the extreme shape of her face.
But going back ten years, the Ukrainian influencer had a much more natural look. She embraced her curly brown hair and favoured a less is more approach to makeup.
Since then, the 36-year-old has gone blonde, plumped up her lips, injected her cheeks and dabbled with various quirky beauty treatments. To show how dramatic her transformation has been, she shared before and after snaps on Instagram.
The post was captioned: “26 and 35 – there is no hyaluronic acid in the first photo.” And people were stunned by the dramatic makeover, with more than 16,600 of them liking the snaps.

The evolution of Anastasiia’s face drew mixed reactions from her followers. While some love her surgically-enhanced appearance, others were less complimentary.
Among the critics was a follower who commented: “Why, why. You looked just beautiful and I don’t understand why you wanted to have this look. I’m sorry to say this but the doctors or whoever agreed to do this for you should have at least thought to advise you differently. Please stop before it gets any worse.”
Another echoed similar sentiments, asking, “Why would you do this to your face?” Meanwhile, another commented: “You used to be very beautiful.”
However, there were some who sprang to Anastasiia’s defence. A supporter said: “I like both. Hotter now. Enjoy your life!” And another chimed in: “Nastya is a beauty then and now.”
It’s unlikely Anastasiia will pay much attention to the negative feedback – especially as she seems to love her look. At the age of 26, she started her face filler journey and later had her lips done, Botox in her forehead and dental veneers fitted.
While her transformed look may not be everyone’s cup of tea, Anastasiia adores it. She once said: “After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them… I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”
