Shipwreck Style Dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 box macaroni and cheese,
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes, (you could use Rotel, tomatoes and green chiles)
- 1 cup frozen corn( can use leftover if you have it)
- 1 cup frozen peas(can use leftover if you have it)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and cook the ground beef
- Season with the seasoning salt
- Once the ground beef is cooked, add the pasta and cheese mix from the package into the ground beef
- Add in the tomatoes, milk, peas and corn
- Bring the mixture to a boil
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet
- Simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the noodles are Al Dente
- When the noodles are done, stir in half of the shredded cheese and let it melt
- Top with the remaining shredded Cheese
