Dessert Without Condensed Milk Cream

Between dessert cream and panna cotta, this sweetened condensed milk yogurt cream is a real, ultra-delicious treat. Only three ingredients make it up and it only requires a few minutes of preparation, with the Thermomix or not. Hard to resist. For added indulgence, it can be served with fresh fruit.
This yogurt cream, the recipe for which below comes from Carole (Alter Gusto), is of Indian origin. Bhapa doi is in fact a dessert commonly eaten there, and there are many variations: with cardamom, with orange, etc. Here, she is simply nature.

Ingredients (for 4 pots)
300 g of Greek yogurt
130 g of sweetened condensed milk
80 g of light liquid cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150°.

In the Thermomix bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix for 10 seconds, speed 3. (Without Thermomix, whisk all the ingredients in a salad bowl.)

Divide the yogurt cream into 4 pots or ramekins. Place these in a large dish filled halfway with hot water to make a bain-marie.

Bake the dish for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before covering the jars and placing them in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
