Kratt Brothers Teach Wolf Pup to Howl in Precious Viral Video
This is just so cute!
For decades we’ve been learning animal facts from the Kratt Brothers. In a new video, the two introduce viewers to a wolf pup and they teach her a new trick.
On TikTok, The Kratt Brothers are playing with a baby wolf and they’re teaching him how to howl. It’s super cute–take a look!
On September 14, The Kratt Brothers posted a cool 43-second clip of a tiny wolf pup.
“Her fur is really in warm and ready to take on the cold northern weather,” one of the brothers explains.
“And her teeth are pretty sharp, too, already,” he adds so they have to be careful on how they play with the tiny puppy.
“And even though she’s small, not so tough, and could never survive on her own yet, she’s already doing something very, very wolf like,” the video continues.
Yes the tiny little wolf pup is already practicing her howl, and it’s adorable.
“She can already howl,” the Kratt brother explains. “And because howling is all about talking to other wolves, we’ve gotta be those other wolves and get her going.”
And the humans proceed to howl, attempting to mimic what an adult wolf might sound like so the pup can practice hers as well.
In the comment section, people were all about this cute little wolf and the adorable sounds she was making.
“Oh to be a little wolf pup,” one viewer shared.
“Awww silly wolf,” wrote someone else.
“I want this wolf pup her howling is so cute,” shared another.
“Now I want a wolf,” someone else wrote.
According to Wolf-Moose Project, wolf pups are typically born in late April after a short pregnancy. “They are born deaf, blind, and weigh no more than a can of soda pop,” the site explains.
But, “within a month, pups can hear and see, weigh ten pounds, and explore and play around the den site.”
Sounds like this wolf pup will be fully grown in no time.
